RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NEXTVOLT, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Used or damaged products, and items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
